Termination for Non. Compliance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the Regulations”) in accordance with Section 73(1) of the Regulation. 45.5.1. The Council may by notice in writing terminate the Contract where: the Provider’s tender did not comply with applicable obligations in the fields of current environmental, social and labour law in accordance with Regulation 56(2) of the Regulations;
