Termination for Unilateral Decision of the GRANTOR. For reasons of well-founded public interest, the GRANTOR has the power to terminate the concession contract by notice in writing to the CONCESSIONAIRE with a copy to the REGULATOR giving not less than six (6) months of the deadline for completion. At the same time he shall notify this decision to the Allowed Creditors. That notice shall also be signed by the State agency of the Republic of Peru competent to address such a problem of public interest.

  • Termination for Lack of Funding If this Contract is funded by public funds or a grant from a public or private entity, and the funds are not appropriated or the grant is discontinued, the County may terminate this Contract by written notice specifying the date of termination.
