CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The REGISTRAR shall be obliged to take out civil liability insurance for the duration of the Contract to cover the risks inherent to its business, with a compensation amount of at least €500,000 (FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EURO). A copy of the civil liability insurance policy is attached to the Contract as ANNEX VI.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The maintenance of the beacon system, which is part of the regular operation and maintenance activities of an airport, is a risk covered by the civil liability insurance policy, mentioned in Section 5.1 of mandate B.2 of the Sivunirmut Agreement.

CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. In order to cover all risks of loss, damage to the owner, and property of third parties, subcontractors, materials, equipment and implements incorporated into the work, in its execution stage, whatever it may be. its cause, including force majeure, fortuitous event and the acts or culpable acts of the Contractor, of the personnel dependent on one or of third parties, in general, all the risks derived from the execution of the Large Work, from its initiation to its completion Ultimately, it is understood that they will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor, who undertakes to take out insurance that provides the corresponding compensation to those affected by any of the events indicated.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The VILLAGE agrees to provide civil liability insurance for the sworn police Sergeants covered by this Agreement. Limits of liability currently established in such insurance policy are five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars per person, one million ($1,000,000) dollars per incident and an aggregate liability of one million ($1,000,000) dollars.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. The host organization undertakes to subscribe to a civil and liability insurance policy which provides cover for the student for any damage that may arise during his/her internship.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. For all its operation, management, maintenance and marking activities of the following northern airports: Akulivik, Aupaluk, Inukjuak, Ivujivik, Kangirsuk, Kangiqsujuaq, Kangiqsualujjuaq, Puvirnituq, Quaqtaq, Salluit, Tasiujaq, Umiujak and Kuujjuarapik, the KRG must hold and maintain in force, during the entire length of this mandate, general liability insurance with a protection limit of a hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) per event per year of insurance, including all the protection currently offered, for as long as this insurance program is available. This insurance policy must be purchased from an insurer specializing in aviation. It must indicate the MTQ as co-insured and contain a cross liability clause whose effect is to apply the policy to each insured in the same way and with the same scope as if a separate policy had been issued. This policy must also include a clause stipulating that the policy may not be cancelled or the coverage reduced without giving at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice to the MTQ. A certificate of insurance, signed by the insurer, must be given to the MTQ when this mandate becomes effective. A copy of the insurance policy must be sent to the MTQ, when the latter requests it.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. GAM holds a Civil Liability insurance policy to cover EXCLUSIVELY claims made by third parties for damages caused by FAILURE or ERROR of the hired machinery (failure or error being understood as defective parts and electrical or mechanical anomalies) NOT operated by a GAM operator, once analysed by the corresponding loss adjuster and the loss adjustment report bearing witness to same issued, and always within the restrictions and terms of the policy. The same policy, in its terms and conditions (excluding wilful misconduct in any event), shall cover third party claims for damages caused by GAM plant when hired out and OPERATED BY a GAM operator.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE. It is reminded that each family must have civil liability insurance when staying at a campsite and that its own property must also be insured against theft, fire and the risk of explosions. A civil liability certificate must be attached to your contract (it is issued free of charge by your insurance company).
