Termination for Withdrawal of Authority. ‌ In the event that the Commission's authority to perform any of its duties is limited in any way, such that it cannot perform its duties or obligation under the law and/or this Charter Contract, after the commencement of this Charter Contract and prior to normal completion, the Commission may terminate this Charter Contract, in whole or in part, by providing written notice to the Governing Board within seven (7) calendar days (or other appropriate time period). No penalty shall accrue to the Commission in the event this section shall be exercised.
