Termination from any Offices Held. Upon Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, Executive agrees that and any and all offices held with Parent or any subsidiary, including the Company, if applicable, shall be automatically terminated. Executive agrees to cooperate with the Company and execute any documents reasonably required by the Company or competent authorities to effect this provision.
