Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3419, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days days’ time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days days’ period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. 19.7.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) 30 days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) 120 days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Contract Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3419, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Contract Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days days’ time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days days’ period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3432, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days days’ time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 45 (one hundred and eightyforty five) days or more within a continuous period of 365 90 (three hundred and sixty fiveNinety) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 348, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 7 (fifteenseven) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 7 (fifteenseven) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of ;such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. 21.8.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within than a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days60 days or for a total/cumulative time period of more than 120 days during the contract period, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3421, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days days’ time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 120 (one hundred and eightytwenty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty fivefive ) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, whatsoever save as provided in this Article 3427, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. ‌ 21.7.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 60 (one hundred and eightysixty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 120 (three one hundred and sixty fivetwenty) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3421, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days days’ time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. 10.8.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3410, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. 26.8.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3426, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days day time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 60 (one hundred and eightysixty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 120 (three One hundred and sixty fivetwenty) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 34Clause 28, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3416, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days day’s time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event. ‌ 21.7.1 If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 60 (one hundred and eightysixty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 120 (three one hundred and sixty fivetwenty) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 3421, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.
