Termination of Agreement by CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange. CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange may terminate the Agreement or the enrollment of a Subscriber and/or a Dependent under the following circumstances by providing the Subscriber at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the last day of coverage:
