Termination of Agreement for Cause. In addition to the General Provisions (P-37) of the Agreement, the Covered Entity may immediately terminate the Agreement upon Covered Entity’s knowledge of a material breach by Business Associate of the Business Associate Agreement. The Covered Entity may either immediately terminate the Agreement or provide an opportunity for Business Associate to cure the alleged breach within a timeframe specified by Covered Entity.
