Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Washington and the venue of any action brought under this Agreement shall be in the Superior Court of Xxxxxxxx County. The Contractor, by execution of this Agreement, acknowledges the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Washington in this matter. In the event of litigation or other action brought to enforce the terms of this Agreement, each party agrees to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. This contract is to be construed under the laws of the State of California. The parties agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the State of California, County of Riverside. Should action be brought to enforce or interpret the provision of the Contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney’s fees in addition to whatever other relief is granted. The person(s) executing this contract on behalf of the child are hereby representing that they have the legal authority to do so. By signing this document, each party has read and considered the above terms and conditions, and legally promises and agrees to all stated here or attached hereto.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. The parties do hereby agree and submit to personal jurisdiction in the State of California for the purposes of any proceedings brought to enforce or construe the terms of this Agreement or to resolve any dispute or controversy arising under, as a result of, or in connection with this Agreement, and do hereby agree and stipulate that any such proceedings shall be venued and held in Santa Xxxxx County, California. The prevailing party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all costs that it has incurred as a result of such proceeding including but not limited to all reasonable travel costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, when a genuine dispute arises between the parties that require judicial decision, the jurisdiction and venue for such disputes shall be the Spokane County Superior Court and Washington law shall apply. In any such dispute, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of reasonable legal fees and costs.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. The venue for any suit or proceeding concerning this Agreement, the interpretation or application of any of its terms, or any related disputes shall be in the County of San Diego, State of California. The prevailing Party in any such suit or proceeding shall be entitled to a reasonable award of attorney’s fees in addition to any other award made in such suit or proceeding.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. Each party hereto agrees that any dispute regarding this Agreement shall be resolved in a state court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York or in any United States District Court in the State of New York. Each party irrevocably submits to and accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of each of such courts and waives any objection (including any objection to venue or any objection based upon the grounds of forum non conveniens) which might be asserted against the bringing of any such action, suit or other legal proceeding in such courts. The court shall award costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) to the prevailing party and/or parties in any litigation.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. With respect to any judicial proceedings by and between the Parties, it is hereby agreed that they shall be commenced only in: (a) the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court of New Castle County, Delaware; or (b) in default of subject matter jurisdiction therein, in any other state court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located within New Castle County, Delaware; or

In connection with any action for relief pursuant to Section 6(D), the parties do hereby agree and submit to personal jurisdiction in the State of California, County of San Francisco, for the purposes of any proceedings brought to enforce or construe the terms of this Agreement or to resolve any dispute or controversy arising under, as a result of, or in connection with this Agreement, and do hereby agree and stipulate that any such proceedings shall be venued and held in the Sate of California, County of San Francisco. The prevailing party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all costs that it has incurred as a result of such proceeding including but not limited to all travel costs and attorneys' fees.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. Any legal action or ------------------------------------ proceeding with respect to this Agreement may be brought in the courts of the State of California sitting in the City of San Francisco or of the United States of America for the Northern District of California and each party hereby accepts the jurisdiction of such courts. The parties hereto (i) hereby irrevocably waive, in connection with any such proceeding or action, any objection to the laying of venue in such courts, including without limitation on the grounds of forum non conveniens, and (ii) hereby irrevocably consent to the service of process of any of such courts. If any legal action or other proceeding is brought by any party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover therein its costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees.
Jurisdiction/ Venue/ Attorney’s Fees. The parties hereto agree that any suit, action or proceeding instituted against one or more of them with respect to this Agreement (including any schedules hereto) shall be brought in the federal court in and for the Northern District of California. The parties hereto, by the execution and delivery of this Agreement, irrevocably waive any obligation or any right of immunity on the ground of venue, the convenience of the forum or the jurisdiction of such courts, or from the execution of judgments resulting therefrom, and the parties hereto irrevocably accept and submit to the jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts in any suit, action or proceeding and consent to the service of process by certified mail at the address set forth herein. In the event that any action is instituted in connection with any controversy arising out of this Agreement, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to costs, such sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorneys' fees in such action and on any appeal from any judgment or decree entered therein.
