Common use of Termination of Agreement; Survival Clause in Contracts

Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement will terminate upon the completion of all sales in the Token Distribution Event. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all of Purchaser’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (b) Purchaser is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement will shall terminate upon the completion of all sales in the Token Distribution EventDistribution. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: : (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; ; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 will 10 shall continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: : (a) all of Purchaser’s Buyer's rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; ; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement will terminate upon the completion of all sales in the AST Token Distribution EventDistribution. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply following termination of this Agreement in accordance with their terms.

Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: : (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; ; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (: a) all of Purchaser’s Buyer's rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (; b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (and c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement will terminate upon the completion of all sales in the CLEAR Token Distribution EventDistribution. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.

Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement will terminate upon the completion of all sales in the HILL Token Distribution EventDistribution. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, in the event that Purchaser Buyer breaches this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement: (a) all of PurchaserBuyer’s rights under this Agreement immediately terminate; (b) Purchaser Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any amount paid; and (c) Articles 3, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 8, 9, and 9 10 will continue to apply in accordance with their terms.
