Termination of Agreement; Survival. This Agreement shall terminate upon termination of Employee’s employment as provided herein; provided, however, that the provisions of Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 19 and this Section 20 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
