Termination of Athene Registration Rights Agreement. Upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement by each party hereto, the Company and Athene agree that the Registration Rights Agreement, dated July 17, 2020, between the Company and Athene shall automatically terminate in all respects and be of no further force or effect, without any further right, liability or obligation of any party thereunder.
