Common use of Termination of Bill Pay Clause in Contracts

Termination of Bill Pay. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your use of the Service without prior notice. If we terminate your use of Bill Pay, some of your online bill payment information may be deleted, such as pending and recurring payments and eBills and are your sole responsibility. If you decide to stop using the Service, we strongly suggest that you cancel all future bill payments at the same time, either by deleting those payments yourself or by calling Ally Bank at 000-000-0000. This will ensure that future payments made by you will not be duplicated.
