If the on-campus residence hall or apartment premises and/or all or part of a residence hall or apartment complex is closed due to an emergency or natural disaster, the University may terminate this contract without prior notice. In no event shall the University be obliged to provide alternate housing to the Resident or to rebuild or replace any affected premises.
