If part or all of university housing is closed due to an emergency or natural disaster, the University may adjust or terminate this contract without prior notice. The University may extend this contract an equivalent amount of time as the closure to address the loss of use of university housing and to provide for future use. In no event shall the University be obligated to provide alternate housing to the Student or to rebuild or replace any affected premises. Please note that if the Student initially had a scholarship that covered housing fees, the amount will be credited back to the original form of scholarship.
