Termination of Contracts with General. Partner --------------------------------------------------------- Subject to and upon fulfilling the conditions of Section 12.3, the power shall be vested in the Unit Holders owning more than 50% of the outstanding Units to terminate any or all contracts between the General Partner or any Affiliate and the Partnership, and select a replacement Person therefor.
