Common use of TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services and the use of your card, if: • You or any authorized user of your PIN breach this or any other agreement with us; • We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN or Card; • We notify you or any other party to your account that we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement; or • You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreement. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transaction initiated before the termination.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your any EFT services and the use of your cardservices, if: • You (i)You, or any authorized user of your PIN account or access code breach this or any other agreement with us; • (ii) We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN card, account or Card; • We notify you or any other party to your account that we have canceled or will cancel this Agreementaccess code; or • (iii) You breach any provision provisions of your Membership and Account AgreementAgreement or any other agreement with the Credit Union. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. We will notify you or any other party to on your account that if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement; or • You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreement. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services and the use of your cardservices, if: • You if you, or any authorized user of your PIN EFT services or access code breach this or any other agreement with us; • We or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN accounts or Card; • We notify access code or if you conduct or attempt to conduct any other party to fraudulent, illegal or unlawful transaction, or if we reasonably believe your account that we have canceled conduct poses an undue risk of illegality or will cancel this Agreement; or • You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreementunlawfulness. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transaction transactions initiated before the termination.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services and the use of your cardCard, if: • You if you or any authorized user of your PIN Account, Card and/or PIN, Online or Mobile Banking access or other Account breach this or any other agreement with us; • We or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN PIN, Card, Online or Card; • We notify you Mobile Banking password or any other party to your account that we have canceled or will cancel this Agreementaccess credentials; or • You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreement. You you or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in person or in writing. Termination of service will be effective on the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transaction transactions initiated before the termination.
