Common use of TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services, if you, or any authorized user of your PIN, breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit Card, or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services, if you, you or any authorized user of your PIN, PIN breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit Card, PIN or Visa Debit Card. You or any authorized user of your PIN, card or access code breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we ; 2. We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit Card, access code or Visa Debit Cardcard; 3. We will notify you or any other party on to your account if that we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement; or 4. You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreement.

You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your any EFT services, if youif: (i)You, or any authorized user of your PIN, account or access code breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we ; (ii) We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PINcard, VISA Credit Card, account or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you access code; or (iii) You breach any provisions of your Membership and Account Agreement or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreementagreement with the Credit Union.

You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services, if you, or any authorized user of your Online Banking services or password/PIN, breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your Accounts or password/PIN, VISA Credit Card, or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement.

You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services, if you, or any authorized user of your PIN, breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, ATM, VISA Credit Card, or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreement.

You agree that we may terminate this Agreement Contract and your use of your any EFT services, services if you, or any authorized unauthorized user of your PIN, Account or PIN breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit Card, account or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this AgreementAccess Code.

You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your any EFT services, if you, or any authorized user of your PIN, account or access code breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit Card, account or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on your account if we have canceled or will cancel this Agreementidentification code.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT servicesservices and the use of your card, if you, you or any authorized user of your PIN, access code breach this or any other agreement with us, have caused us a loss, ; or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your PIN, VISA Credit access code or Card, ; or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party on to your account if we have canceled or can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will cancel this Agreementbe effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice.
