Longer Delays May Apply. We may delay your ability to withdraw funds deposited by check into your account an additional number of days for these reasons: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day. • You re-deposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.

In addition, funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,000 on any one day • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid • You have overdrawn your Account repeatedly in the last six months • There is an emergency, such as failure of computer or communications equipment The availability of Funds you deposit via Digital Deposits may also be delayed for a variety of additional reasons as determined in Bank's sole discretion, including, but not limited to: • We believe a check you deposit via Digital Deposits is a duplicate image • You deposit checks via Digital Deposits totaling more than any applicable daily dollar amount limit, monthly item limit or any other limitations on your Digital Deposits that Bank may impose • We exercise our rights to investigate any unusual or suspicious Digital Deposits items as determined in Bank's sole discretion We will generally notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these or other reasons, and we will attempt to tell you when such funds will be available. If you will need the funds from a deposit via Digital Deposits, you should contact us to inquire when the funds will be available.
