Common use of TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your EFT services, if: a. You or any authorized user of your PIN, breach this or any other agreement with us. b. We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthor- ized use of your PIN. c. We notify you or any other party to your account that we have cancelled or will cancel this Agreement. d. You are terminated from Credit Union membership. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following the receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

We , have caused us a loss, or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthor- ized unauthorized use of your PIN. c. , VISA Credit Card, or Visa Debit Card. We will notify you or any other party to on your account that if we have cancelled canceled or will cancel this Agreement. d. You are terminated from Credit Union membership. You or any other party to on your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following the receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT servicesservices and the use of your Card, if: a. You if you or any authorized user of your Account, Card and/or PIN, Online or Mobile Banking access or other Account breach this or any other agreement with us. b. We ; or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthor- ized unauthorized use of your PIN. c. We notify , Card, Online or Mobile Banking password or other access credentials; or you or any other party to your account that we have cancelled or will cancel this Agreement. d. You are terminated from Credit Union membership. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in person or in writing. Termination of service will be effective on the first business day following the receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your use of your EFT services, service if: a. :  You or any authorized user of your PIN, account or access code breach this or any other agreement Agreement with us. b. ;  We have reason to believe that there has been an unauthor- ized unauthorized use of your PIN. c. We notify you account or access code;  You breach any provision of your Membership and Account Agreement or any other party to your account that we have cancelled or will cancel this Agreement. d. You are terminated from agreement with the Credit Union membershipUnion. You or any other party to on your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following the receipt of your written notice.
