Common use of Termination of Employment by Assistant Coach Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employment by Assistant Coach. If Assistant Coach terminates his/her employment under this Agreement prior to its expiration in accordance with this Section 6.C, his/her compensation and benefits, to the extent not already vested shall cease upon the termination date.
