Termination of Employment or Services. Except as otherwise provided in this Paragraph 4, the Participant will automatically forfeit the PSUs covered by this Award on the termination, resignation, or removal of the Participant from employment with or services to the Company and its Affiliates for any reason prior to the date on which the PSUs vest.
