TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TERMINATION DATE. The parties hereby expressly agree that Employee's employment by Employer may terminate or be terminated by either party at any time prior to the Scheduled Termination Date as provided below; provided, however, that any such termination of Employee's employment by Employer shall be in accordance with the terms of Article VII of the Partnership Agreement in effect as of the date such Partnership Agreement was first executed. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, Employee shall not be entitled to any severance pay, relocation benefits or other severance benefits upon termination of his employment with Employer, and upon such termination for any reason, shall no longer be a Managing Director.
