Termination of Funding Agreement. The Developer has previously advanced, pursuant to a Funding Agreement between the City and the Developer, certain funds for Administrative Costs. Within thirty (30) days after execution of this Agreement, the City shall submit final invoices which will be paid by Developer, along with the payment of any other outstanding invoices, pursuant to the terms of the Funding Agreement. All such payments by Developer are Reimbursable Project Costs and are eligible for reimbursement with TIF Revenue. After final payment of all outstanding invoices is made by Developer under the Funding Agreement, the Funding Agreement shall be terminated, and any funds remaining on deposit with the City pursuant to the Funding Agreement shall be used by the City in accordance with Section 2.05(B) hereof and shall be treated as a Reimbursable Project Cost to Developer.
