Termination of Operator Licenses. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, upon expiration or the earlier termination of this Agreement, all licenses and sublicenses granted hereunder shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, except to the extent any such license or sublicense is required for the performance of the Operator’s services pursuant to this Section 9.2, which license or sublicense shall then terminate upon completion of such services.
