Common use of TERMINATION OF ORDERS Clause in Contracts

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier Vendor in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services goods to be purchased; or; 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements; or 3. Vendor commits any material breach of this Contract or the additional terms agreed to between the Vendor and a Participating Entity.

The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services goods to be purchased; or; 2. B. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements; or C. Vendor commits any material breach of this Contract or the additional terms agreed to between the Vendor and a Participating Entity.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon reasonable notice to Supplier Vendor in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services goods to be purchased; or; 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements; or 3. Vendor commits any material breach of this Contract or the additional terms agreed to between the Vendor and a Participating Entity.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. With the exception of custom-made equipment or products, Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier Vendor in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services goods to be purchased; or; 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements; or 3. Vendor commits any material breach of this Contract or the additional terms agreed to between the Vendor and a Participating Entity.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, prior to the commencement of installation of equipment in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased. Nevertheless, the Participating Entity cannot cancel an order once it has been released for production; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change implement a mandate that changes the Participating Entity’s purchase order requirements. .

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier Supplier’s authorized dealer in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an unfulfilled order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon written notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.;

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon 30 day advance written notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following eventsfollowing: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements. Termination by a Participating Entity during the term of any service agreement executed by Supplier and the Participating Entity will be governed by the terms of the service agreement.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier Supplier’s authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers network, as applicable, in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchasedpurchased after seeking such funding for any subscription-related purchases in good faith; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements. Termination of an order may require payment for work in process.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier Supplier’s authorized resellers in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities or Supplier may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, that has not shipped, immediately upon notice to Supplier Vendor in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services goods to be purchased; or; 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements; or 3. Vendor commits any material breach of this Contract or the additional terms agreed to between the Vendor and a Participating Entity.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an orderorder prior to delivery, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.

TERMINATION OF ORDERS. Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events: 1. The Participating Entity fails to receive funding or appropriation from its governing body at levels sufficient to pay for the equipment, products, or services to be purchased; or 2. Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements. Supplier reserves the right to terminate a purchase order pursuant to which a Participating Entity request or demands services to be performed not enumerated by the terms of this Contract.

Federal, state, or provincial laws or regulations prohibit the purchase or change the Participating Entity’s requirements.
