Non-Exclusive Service. Nothing contained in this agreement confers upon Manager an exclusive right to any of the Available Services. Sprint Spectrum may contract with others to provide expertise and services identical or similar to those to be made available or provided to Manager under this agreement.
Non-Exclusive Service. CUSTOMER acknowledges that SaaS Services are provided on a non-exclusive basis. Nothing shall be deemed to prevent or restrict WSP’s ability to provide the SaaS Services or other technology, including any features or functionality first developed for CUSTOMER, to other parties.

Non-Exclusive Service. The Managers need not devote services to the Company on a substantially full time basis and need only devote so much time to the Company’s activities as each such Manager determines, in his, her or its sole discretion, to be necessary for the efficient conduct thereof.
