Termination of Plan. (a) A teacher who is declared redundant, or whose contract with the Board is otherwise terminated, shall withdraw from the Plan. (b) In such cases, the teacher shall be paid a lump sum adjustment equal to any monies deferred plus interest accrued to the date of withdrawal from the Plan.
