Administration and Enforcement. Company has taken all reasonable actions to maintain and protect the Intellectual Property.
Administration and Enforcement. This Covenant shall be administered by the County or its designee (“Administrator”). This Covenant shall be enforceable by the County by any appropriate legal or equitable action, including but not limited to specific performance, injunction, abatement or eviction of non-complying Subject Property Owners or Occupants, or such other remedies and penalties as may be specified in this Covenant.

In the event that any contract or arrangement which is entered into pursuant to the Plan conflicts in any manner with the provisions of the Plan, the provisions of the Plan will govern. Should any provision or provisions of this Plan be deemed to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of the Plan.
Administration and Enforcement. Except as would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Seller Material Adverse Effect, the Sellers have taken all necessary and desirable action to maintain and protect each item of Intellectual Property owned by the Sellers.
Administration and Enforcement. 11.6.1 The Minister shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this agreement that relate to income taxation, goods and services taxation and regulation of qualified investments and to that end may seek the advice of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development with respect to any matter arising out of these provisions.
11.6.2 Every settlement corporation shall produce every year a report in a form acceptable to the Minister from a public accountant who has audited the settlement corporation providing the Minister with the information required to administer the provisions of this chapter.
11.6.3 Any tax or other amounts payable by a settlement corporation as provided in this chapter shall be considered to be tax or an amount payable under the Tax Act and, for greater certainty, the penalty, interest and administrative provisions of the Tax Act shall apply, with such modifications as are required, to any such tax or other amount.

It is the obligation of the County to administer all aspects of the ordinance up to the point that the funds are remitted to the School Board for appropriation to specific improvements and to may every reasonable effort to enforce the provisions of the Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance, as it has been adopted and as it may be amended from time to time.

(a) The focal point of the competent governmental authority of the exporting Party is: - in the case of Japan, the Origin Certification Policy Office of the Trade Administration Division of the Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry; and - in the case of Indonesia, the Directorate Export and Import Facilitation of the Ministry of Trade.
(b) The focal point of the customs authority of the importing Party is: - in the case of Japan, the Customs and Tariff Bureau of the Ministry of Finance; and - in the case of Indonesia, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance.
(c) The focal points for electronic system for origin data exchange are: - in the case of Japan, i the Customs and Tariff Bureau of the Ministry of Finance; ii the Origin Certification Policy Office of the Trade Administration Division of the Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry; and iii any entity as may be notified by Japan; and - in the case of Indonesia, Indonesia National Single Window Agency of the Ministry of Finance.
(d) Both Parties should provide each other with the address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address of the focal points referred to in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) upon adoption of this Operational Procedures, and should notify any modification regarding such information within 30 days after such modification.
(e) If the competent governmental authority of the exporting Party designates entities or bodies to carry out the issuance of the CO, or makes modification or revocation in respect of designees, it should immediately notify the importing Party of such designation, modification or revocation. Rule 11 Procedure to exchange the sample of a CO on paper, specimen signatures and impressions of stamps The Parties should provide each other with the sample of a CO on paper, the list of the names and specimen signatures of the persons authorized to sign and impressions of stamps used, in the offices of the competent governmental authority of the exporting Party or its designees for the issuance of a CO, as well as the addresses of such offices, upon the date of adoption of this Operational Procedures, as well as their modification thereafter.
