Termination of Project Proposal/SOWs. Any Project Proposal/SOW may be terminated by SPONSOR, in whole or in part, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party, or such shorter period of time as the Parties may agree to in any particular Project Proposal/SOW. Termination of a specific Project Proposal/SOW does not constitute termination of this Agreement or any other Project Proposal/SOW.

  • COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT This document comprises the entire agreement between the District and the Association in the matters lawfully within the scope of negotiation. Neither party shall have any obligation to meet and negotiate during the term of this agreement.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
