Termination of Remaining Restrictions. Any and all remaining restrictions on Transfers set forth in this Article V that have not already terminated or expired according to any other more specific terms herein shall terminate on October 1, 2020, except that the provisions of Sections 5.1 and 5.5 shall remain in effect beyond such termination date for all proposed Transfers.
