Termination of Responsibilities. Upon termination or revocation of the Contract, the University Board or its designee shall have no further obligations or responsibilities under this Contract to the Academy or any other person or persons in connection with this Contract. Upon termination or revocation of the Contract, the Academy may amend its articles of incorporation or bylaws as necessary to allow the Academy Board to: (a) take action to appoint Academy Board members in order to have a quorum necessary to take Academy Board action; or
