Common use of Termination of Review Clause in Contracts

Termination of Review. If an Asset Representations Review is in process and the publicly registered Notes will be paid in full on the next Distribution Date pursuant to Section 7.01 of the Series 0000-0 Xxxxxxxxx Supplement, the Sponsor shall notify the Asset Representations Reviewer no less than ten days before the applicable Distribution Date on which such Notes will be paid in full and the Asset Representations Reviewer shall terminate the Asset Representations Review immediately and have no obligation to deliver any related Preliminary Reports or Final Reports.

Termination of Review. If an Asset Representations Review is in process and the publicly registered Notes will be paid in full on the next Distribution Date pursuant to Section 7.01 8.01 of the Series 0000-0 Xxxxxxxxx SupplementTrust Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Sponsor shall notify the Asset Representations Reviewer no less than ten days before the applicable Distribution Date on which such Notes will be paid in full and the Asset Representations Reviewer shall terminate the Asset Representations Review immediately and have no obligation to deliver any related Preliminary Reports or Final Reports.
