Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor. Political subdivisions and other authorized entities within each participating State or governmental jurisdiction may also participate in the Contract if such State normally allows participation by such entities. New York State reserves the right to negotiate additional minimum NYS Vehicle Discounts based on any increased volume generated by such extensions.
Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.
EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 31, 2023, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to three additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of four years.
Request for Extension Upon request, the Department may extend the time allowed for both a response to the Letter of Concern and a Corrective Action Plan depending upon the nature of the deficiency. The Provider shall request an extension of time in writing from the Department’s designated representative. The written request shall contain a justification and proposed extension period.
Extension of Benefits Upon termination of insurance, whether due to termination of eligibility, or termination of the Contract, an extension of benefits shall be provided for a period of no less than 30 days for completion of a dental procedure that was started before Your coverage ended.
Extension of time for completion (i) Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement for and in respect of extension of time, the Contractor shall be entitled to extension of time in the Project Completion Schedule (the “Time Extension”) to the extent that completion of any Project Milestone is or will be delayed by any of the following, namely:
Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.
Rate Redetermination for Environmental Modification In the event of a contract modification under B8.33 or partial termination under B8.34, Contracting Officer shall make an appraisal to determine for each species the difference between the appraised unit value of Included Timber remaining immediately prior to the revision and the appraised unit value of Included Timber to be cut under the modification. The appraisal shall consider the estimated cost of any construction work listed in the Schedule of Items that was performed and abandoned. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of the revision will be adjusted by said differences to become Current Contract Rates. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to a new Base Rate limitation of the cost of essential reforestation or 25 cents per hundred cubic feet or equivalent, whichever is larger. However, existing Base Indices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Redetermined rates, or differences for rates subject to B3.2, and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to the contract revision.
