Deemed to be in conformance. Un- less notified pursuant to paragraph (h), (i), or (j) of this section, any non-nar- row-based foreign security index fu- tures contract submitted for expedited review under paragraph (e) of this sec- tion shall be deemed to be in conform- ance with the requirements of section 2(a)(1)(C)(ii) of the Act and therefore, such futures contract may be offered or sold to persons located in the U.S. in accordance with section 2(a)(1)(C)(iv) forty-five days after receipt by the Commission, or at the conclusion of such extended period as described under paragraph (h) of this section, provided that the foreign board of trade does not amend the terms or con- ditions of the contract or supplement the request for expedited consider- ation, except as requested by the Com- mission or for correction of typo- graphical errors. Any voluntary sub- stantive amendment by the foreign board of trade will be treated as a new submission under this section.
