TERMINATION OF THE VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT. Signatories remain bound by the Voluntary Agreement until they elect to terminate their Signatory status. A Signatory shall be entitled to terminate its Signatory status by giving twenty eight days’ written notice to the Chair of the Steering Committee.
