Common use of Termination of Underlying Agreement Clause in Contracts

Termination of Underlying Agreement. This Agreement will terminate upon the termination of all underlying agreements between the Covered Entity and Business Associate, provided that Business Associate will continue to comply with Section 6.3 hereof following such termination. Covered Entity may terminate any and all underlying agreements if this Agreement is terminated.
