Termination or Amendment of Plan. a. The Plan may be amended in accordance with the Collective Agreement. b. The Plan may be terminated in accordance with the Collective Agreement. c. No amendment shall be made to the Plan which will prejudice any tax ruling which is applicable to the Plan prior to the amendment.
