Termination or Amendment of the Plan. (a) This Plan may be amended or terminated by agreement between the Union and the BCGEU. Any amendments shall be binding upon all present and future participants. (b) No amendment shall be made to the Plan which will prejudice any tax ruling which is applicable to the Plan prior to the amendment.
