TERMINATION OR MODIFICATIONS. 45.01 This Agreement shall be in effect February 1, 2006 and continue in effect until January 31, 2010 unless either party gives notice in writing to the other party that amendments are required, or that the party intends to terminate the Agreement, it shall continue in effect until January 31, 2010 and so on from year to year thereafter. 45.02 Notice that amendments are required, or that either party intends to terminate the Agreement, may only be given during the month of November 2009 and in subsequent years in the said month of November. 45.03 The parties hereto agree to meet for the purpose of negotiations within ten (10) days after the giving of such notice.
