Employee Involvement. No evaluation will be complete for filing until the employee has reviewed the evaluation and has had an opportunity to meet with the evaluator, discuss the evaluation, and respond in writing within ten (10) work days.
Employee Involvement. A. Employees that produce the products and/or services of an organization, have an untapped value. That value is the knowledge, experience, insight and motivation which should be called upon in the normal course of business. Decision making, problem solving and overall performance will be greatly enhanced by involving employees in the decision making process. Employees have a right to participate in making decisions which affect them. Failure to allow them to participate, results in frustration and alienation. On the other hand, involvement provides an opportunity for greater job satisfaction and self-esteem. The business goals of both the Company and the Union will be achieved more completely with a well-designed and jointly administered process of employee involvement.
Employee Involvement. The Employer shall recognize two representatives of the Banquet to verify Service Charge in cooperation with the Employer. The Union shall advise the Employer of the names of the representatives. The Employer shall ensure that all prices and Services Charges are posted. The Employer shall recognize a representative of the Banquet Department to verify it. The Union shall advise the Employer of the name of the representative.
Employee Involvement. All effort to study and improve the quality of the instructional program in the schools must occur within the framework provided by state laws and regulations, Board policies and actions, the collective bargaining agreement, and administrative procedures and directives. Within this context, each school and department shall develop a process for school improvement that truly engages teachers, support staff and where appropriate, patrons/students of the particular program in defining problems and opportunities, brain–storming alternatives, gathering and analyzing data, proposing and evaluating solutions, and making decisions with respect to the design and delivery of the instructional program in that school or department.
Employee Involvement. The Company, the Union and the Company's employees agree to the importance of Team Work and Continuous Improvement as being critical factors to our future success in the marketplace. In this spirit, the Company, the Union and the Company's employees will continue to work cooperatively to make improvements in areas including, but not limited to, safety, productivity, quality, elimination of waste (material, scrap, operating supplies, energy, etc.) and cost reduction and to otherwise provide overall superior customer service and satisfaction.
Employee Involvement. The Employer shall recognize three representative of the Banquet Department, (a FT server, a PT server and a Banquet Houseperson) to verify service charge in cooperation with the Employer. The Union shall advise the Employer of the names of the representatives. The Employer agrees to provide a copy of the daily gratuity summary of the bi-weekly gratuity to the above-mentioned representatives for respective areas every pay week Thursday and any discrepancies can be looked into in a subsequent meeting to be agreed by both parties.
Employee Involvement. 2.01 The Company and the Union are committed to involving the employees in decision making. The Company recognizes that employee input is valuable and as such agrees to utilize such input. The Union agrees to xxxxxx and support employee involvement programs.
Employee Involvement. A key factor in managing an effective performance appraisal system is employee involvement. Employees will be given the opportunity to review and discuss with their supervisor their Performance Plan. After this review and discussion the Performance Plan will then be signed by the employee and supervisor. Employees will have three (3) work days to review the plan before signing it. The employee's signature indi- xxxxx that they acknowledge receipt of the appraisal and may not indicate agree- ment. If the employee declines to sign, the Supervisor (Rater) will note "The employee declined to sign," on the employee signature block and will include his or her initials and date. An employee's declination to sign the Performance Plan (Form EAS) does not void the contents or requirement of the Plan. The Performance Plan will be reviewed periodically to determine if it is still valid. The plan may be reviewed at the initiative of the supervisor or upon request by the employee. However, it is expected that supervisors conduct at least one review of the performance plan mid-year. This should occur in conjunction with the mid-year progress review or feedback session as detailed below. Modifications will be made when necessary as determined by the supervisor.
Employee Involvement. A. Rating officials shall encourage employees to be involved in developing new performance plans and when making substantial revisions to performance plans. Joint participation may be accomplished by means including, but not limited to, the following: • Employee(s) and rating official discuss and develop performance plan together; • Employee(s) provide rating official a draft performance plan for consideration by rating official; • Employee(s) comment on draft performance plan prepared by rating official. Employees should be provided up to five (5) business days to comment on draft performance plans; • Employee(s) who occupy similar positions prepare performance plan(s) for consideration by rating official; • Employee(s) and supervisor discuss and develop IDP together.
