Termination or Suspension by Viasat. Viasat may immediately, and without notice, suspend or terminate your subscription to the EasyCare Plan: (i) if your Internet Service is cancelled, terminated or suspended for any reason; (ii) if you do not timely pay Viasat any amount due or payable in connection with this Agreement; or
