Common use of Termination Prior to Expiration of Term Clause in Contracts

Termination Prior to Expiration of Term. Prior to the expiration of the Term, Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by Employer for Cause upon five days’ written notice to Executive that describes such Cause in detail. Executive shall have no right to receive the compensation and other benefits set forth in this Section 4 for any period commencing after the date of termination for cause. For these purposes, the term “Cause” as used in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of the Plan.
