Common use of Termination; Reinstatement Clause in Contracts

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable and shall continue until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed in full. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable and shall continue until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed in fullwithout limit of time. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Investor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorCompany, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable and shall continue until such time as the Obligations (other than inchoate indemnification obligations) have been indefeasibly paid or performed in full. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue until such time as effect notwithstanding any attempt by the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed in fullGuarantor to revoke this Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue to be reinstated effective or be reinstated, notwithstanding any such attempted revocation, if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Guaranteed Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor TKV upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorCompany, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Creditors upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation any portion of the Guaranteed Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Investor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorIssuer, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed payment in fullfull of the Obligations. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Bank upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtorany Customer, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed payment in fullfull of the Obligations. This Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Agent or any Bank upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtorany Customer, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect against each individual Guarantor until such time as the all Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed in fullfull to the Noteholders at which time this Guaranty shall, subject to the following sentence, terminate. This Guaranty shall be reinstated reinstated, if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation any obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Noteholders upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, Apparel or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Purchasers upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorIssuer, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as all of the Borrower's Obligations have been indefeasibly irrevocably paid or performed in fullfull in cash and all commitments under this Loan Agreement have been terminated. This Guaranty shall continue to be reinstated effective or be reinstated, if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Borrower's Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Agent or any Bank upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorBorrower, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed final and indefeasible payment in fullfull in cash of all of the Obligations. This Guaranty shall be reinstated reinstated, notwithstanding the foregoing, if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Collateral Agent or any Holder upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorCompany, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is a continuing and irrevocable guaranty of all Designated Borrower Obligations now or hereafter existing and shall continue remain in full force and effect until such time as the all Designated Borrower Obligations have been and any other amounts payable under this Guaranty are indefeasibly paid or performed in full. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received full in cash and the Commitments with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.Designated Borrower

This Guaranty shall continue to be reinstated effective or be reinstated, notwithstanding any such notice, if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Lender upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtoreither Borrower, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

This Guaranty is irrevocable and shall continue until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed in fullfull (other than unasserted or contingent obligations not yet due and payable). This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as the payment and performance in full of all of the Obligations have (other than contingent indemnification Obligations with respect to which no claim has been indefeasibly paid or performed asserted in fullwriting). This Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Agent or any other Secured Party upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtorany Obligor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable and shall continue until such time as the Obligations then due and owing have been indefeasibly paid or performed in full. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the Debtor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.

Termination; Reinstatement. This Guaranty is irrevocable shall remain in full force and shall continue effect until such time as the Obligations have been indefeasibly paid or performed indefeasible payment in full, in cash, of the Obligations. This Guaranty shall be reinstated if at any time any payment made or value received with respect to an any Obligation is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by the Creditor Lender upon the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of the DebtorBorrower or any Guarantor, or otherwise, all as though such payment had not been made or value received.
