The Customer may terminate the Agreement (in whole or in relation to a particular Service only) by providing to the Com- pany not less than 30 days’ notice in writing that the Agree- ment, or a particular Service only, will terminate save that such notice shall expire no earlier than the expiration of the relevant Minimum Term or Renewal Period (where relevant).

  • Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default.
