Termination upon Destruction or Other Casualty. In the event the Operations Areas, or any part thereof, shall be destroyed or damaged in whole or in part by fire, water or any other cause, or if unforeseen occurrence shall likewise render the fulfillment of this Agreement by Authority impossible, then either party, at its sole option, may terminate this Agreement. Operator shall pay all fees, rental, costs, and satisfy all of its obligations hereunder arising prior to the time of such termination, whereupon this Agreement shall terminate and the parties shall be relieved of all further obligation hereunder other than those which expressly survive expiration or termination of this Agreement. Operator hereby waives any claim for damages or compensation should this Agreement be so terminated.
