Common use of Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term. Upon expiration of the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation or other benefits under this Agreement other than Base Salary earned, but unpaid, through the date of termination, and any Variable Bonus earned on or prior to the end of such term, but not yet paid and such benefits as have accrued pursuant to any applicable employee benefit plans of the Company. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Employee for any expenses incurred through the date of such termination in accordance with Section 3.3 hereof.
