Common use of Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term. Upon expiration of the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation or other benefits under this Agreement other than that portion of any unpaid Base Salary earned, but unpaid, through the end of such term and Bonus earned on or prior to the end of such term, but not yet paid. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Employee for any expenses incurred through the date of such termination in accordance with Section 3.2 hereof.
