Common use of Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Expiration of the Employment Term. If the Company terminates this Agreement by giving written notice to Executive pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 hereof that it does not intend to extend the Employment Term, then upon the termination of Executive’s employment upon or after the expiration of the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive the amounts under Section 9(a) hereof as if the Company had terminated Executive’s employment during the Employment Term for any reason other than Cause or Disability.
