Termination Vacation Time Cash Out. Upon resignation with proper notice, available accrued Vacation Time hours shall be cashed out. The hours will be paid at the nurse’s base rate of pay not including shift differential at the time of termination. No additional accrual of Vacation Time is available on the cash out.
