If, as provided for in section A4.2(d), the Province does not receive the necessary appropriation from the Ontario Legislature for any payment the Province is to make pursuant to the Agreement, the Province may terminate the Agreement immediately without liability, penalty, or costs by giving Notice to the Recipient.
