Termination Which Does Not Require Payment of Termination Benefits. No Termination Benefits shall be provided by the Company to the Executive under this Section 3 if the Executive’s employment is terminated: (a) By his death; or (b) By the Executive other than for Good Reason; or (c) By the Company for Total Disability or for Cause under this Agreement.
